This Industrial Distributors' Columbus office is in a historic building with unique architectural features as well as unused raw space. When it came time to expand, we needed to preserve the existing elevator, one of the oldest in the State. Existing raw ceilings and beams were kept exposed as part of the remodel, and an old chimney provided interesting texture to the conference room. A large kitchen area was added, creating another conferencing/gathering space.
