The approach to designing a commercial space is not unlike planning a home. I begin with an initial consultation in your space to determine the scope, gather information and take measurements.

Then we start your space planning phase, taking into consideration additional details such as building code requirements, handicapped accessibility and functional needs. Once this phase is completed, we begin selecting finishes and lighting. Also at this time, contractors are sourced to bid on the project. 

It's important to remember that any interruption of the build out needs to be considered, and factored into the timing of the completion date. Managing your project is a critical element - and part of my services when retained to design commercial spaces.
